Board of Directors MMA

Dean has served on the the CMMA board since 2017.   He currently serving as the MMA Board president.  

 

Nicole joined the TSMA board the first time in 2021 and the second time in 2024. Her position as General Manager at KLN Family Brands provides valuable insight regarding issues of importance to large manufacturers in the region. Nicole also serves on the MMA Board as the Vice President.

Rally joined the AMFA board in 2022, serving as Vice President in 2023 and was elected President in 2025. Rally also serves as the Secretary of the MMA Board of Directors. As Owner and President of Hibbing Fabricators, Inc., Rally brings another valued manufacturing voice to the board. Hibbing Fabricators specializes in the production of precision metal components and assemblies.

Jason was elected to the CMMA Board in 2013. He serves on both the Workforce and Golf Committees. Jason is the VP and CRO at Falcon National Bank located in Foley, MN. Jason also serves as the Treasurer of the MMA Board of Directors.

Les was a Founding Member of CMMA, having served as President of the Board since 2008.  He also serves on the Workforce Committee. Les is the President of Engel Metallurgical, Ltd. located in Sauk Rapids, MN

Sandy is the plant manager at Revolv Manufacturing, formerly Hibbing Fabricators. Sandy re-joined the board in January 2024 and previously served the AMFA Board President.

Lynda became the Executive Director in September, 2024. She joins us following her tenure as Executive Director of the Riverside Medical Clinic Charitable Foundation in Riverside, California. With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, she also brings extensive expertise in marketing, honed through her role as the owner of Bailey Communications, Inc. Lynda holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Purdue University.
 
Recently relocating to be nearer to family, Lynda now resides in Nashwauk, Minnesota, with her husband and Reyna, their Bernese Mountain Dog.

Robin Loftis is the Director of Human Resources at Clow Stamping Company, where she leads HR strategy and supports a strong, engaged manufacturing workforce. Clow Stamping Company is one of the founders of the Lakes Area Manufacturers Alliance and also the initial contributor to begin the LAMA Scholarship Fund.

Jenny Castle is the HR Director at LINDAR Corporation, a thermoform and rotomold plastics manufacturer located in Baxter, MN.  She is a UMD graduate and earned her MBA from SCSU. She has extensive human resources experience in several industries.
